Ceremony care includes quiet activities, a designated calm space, restroom assistance, and a smooth handoff to parents. Reception care adds curated crafts and games, dinner assistance, a quiet corner, and coordination with the venue. Full-day care supports transitions from the ceremony through the final dance, with activity rotations, meals, rest time, and parent updates.

How staffing works

Packages include one childcare professional for up to three children ages 3–7. Infants and toddlers require more individual attention, so staffing is tailored to their ages and your event layout. Tell us the number and ages of the children, the venue, and your timeline so we can recommend the right care plan.
